All images, whether proofs, prints or digital downloads, remain copyright of Stephanie Buckman Photography and Design. This includes DIGITAL PROOFS, which cannot be copied, print screened, captured, distributed or saved to be used on social networking sites, in public advertising or prints.
Purchased digital files are for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless a COMMERCIAL FILE has been purchased. The image/s cannot be given to, sold to or used by third parties, including but not limited to, sponsors, publications (magazines, programs, brochures, advertising, etc.,) or any other third party without written permission from Stephanie Buckman Photography and Design. A licensing fee and credit in my name may apply in these circumstances.
Stolen proof images will incur a fee plus the original price of the image/s. This will be invoiced to you and failure to pay can result in legal action. Stolen images found on Facebook, Instagram or other social media platforms will be reported and you run the risk of your account being suspended for a length of time.
Images found to be used in any circumstance other than that specified by the terms of your purchase will incur an additional licensing fee. This will be invoiced to you and failure to pay can result in legal action. Commercial files can only be used within the guidelines sent with the purchased file.
